This was on Grace Street in downtown Wilmington during a 4th Friday art opening. Spectrum Gallery had a pop up gallery and this little lady was all dressed up to attend the opening. After checking out the artwork and the snack table, she went outside and let loose with her youthful energy. She danced and twirled to her own music. Fun to watch! #Gracestreet, #Wilmingtonnc, #spectrumgallery, #popupgallery, #dancinginthestreet, #ncartistannhair
